Krishna Bahadur Mahara’s wife dies
Former Speaker and Member of the House of Representatives Krishna Bahadur Mahara’s wife Sita Mahara has passed away. He died at Norvik Hospital in Kathmandu at 6.25 am on Wednesday, said Mahara’s press aide Dilli Malla.
According to Malla, Rolpa went to her ancestral home in the last decade and was admitted to the Gorkha Hospital in Dang on November 28 after she was diagnosed with a general health problem. He was airlifted to Norvik Hospital in Kathmandu on Friday.
He tested positive for corona at Norwich Hospital. According to Malla, the treatment was started by placing him on a ventilator. She had been suffering from myasthenia gravis for the past 10 years.
She was married to Krishna Bahadur Mahara in 2035 BS. He has two sons and two daughters.
